I live in wa state and I signed up for key bank Around the end of July.
I did all the requirements within a week and this past Friday I got an email from fedex stating that I will be getting my iPod touch this tuesday the 12.
I just hope its the newest version.

Keybank says you can expect the iPod within 90 days once the requirements are met.
